We Moved!

A lot has happened since my last post. So, here it goes...
Last Thursday I got to go to Bible study with mom for the last time. I know mom is going to miss her Bible study, but she won't miss getting up for it at 6 AM. She likes waking up with me better ;) I hope mom can find a new Bible study soon.

That night dad gave me a bath. While dad was carrying me to the kitchen for my bath, I pooped in his hand! Mom thought it was funny, but dad thought it was yucky.

Mom and dad are excited because I am starting to sleep through the night occasionally. I figured I would let mom catch up on some sleep now and again. Mom thinks I am going through a growth spurt because I am eating more now and I have been wanting her to hold me a lot lately. I fall asleep in her arms and then as soon as she sets me down I get upset.

Yesterday was moving day for us. We used to live by Des Moines, IA, but now we live in Washington, IA with grandpa and grandma Schweitzer until mom and dad find a house somewhere. Our friends Stuart, Emily, Shelby, and Trey all came to our house to help us move. They were a big help. Then grandpa and grandma Schweitzer came and helped us take all of our stuff to their house. Moving isn't so bad if you sleep the whole time like I did. We are going to miss all of our friends in Des Moines. Hopefully we will see them soon. Mom and dad aren't sure where they want us to live yet. We are going to go to Anamosa tomorrow to see if we want to live there.

Today grandpa and grandma Jackson came to help mom and dad unpack. They got a lot done, but there is still a lot to do. Grandpa and grandma Schweitzer left to go to Las Vegas today until Thursday night. I hope they have fun! Dad doesn't have to go back to work until Wednesday, so I am excited to spend some time with him.
Until next time... Don't carry a naked baby with your hand under his bum!

  1. Miss you! I didn't like seeing your last picture in front of your door before you left! I hope all is well! Find a bible study quick...until then, let God remain close to you by being in His Word daily! He is your daily bread:)
